SS 304 pipes in the application of anti-corrosion, not easy to rust, long-term use, the pipe does not change color, not easy to deformation state, generally can withstand 1.6 MPA and 2.5 MPA pressure, at the same time, 304 stainless steel pipe has plasticity and ductility, in the impact of external forces, the pipe is only slight deformation, will not cause leakage. 

Ni, Cr and Mo elements are added to 316l stainless steel pipe, which has higher density, better corrosion resistance and higher temperature resistance than 304. therefore, it is widely used in various industrial fields (sea water equipment, chemistry, dyes, papermaking, oxalic acid, fertilizer and other production equipment). The purity and thickness of ss 304 pipes and 316 are different, and 316 has relatively better corrosion resistance and better anti-rust. So the price  of 304 steel pipe will be more lower than stainless steel pipe 316. 

Due to different uses and different use scenes, we choose the appropriate stainless steel pipe according to the applicable scene when using stainless steel pipe. For dry areas, it is enough to use 304 stainless steel pipe, which has good corrosion resistance and is not easy to rust. However, if it is used in coastal areas, sewage treatment plants need to use 316, which is not easy to corrode.
