(5) Plasma cutting：It is a processing method that uses the heat of a high-temperature plasma arc to partially or partially melt (and evaporate) the metal at the incision of the workpiece and uses the momentum of the high-speed plasma to remove the molten metal to form an incision.

(6) Slitting: Also known as slitting, refers to the process of uncoiling, slitting, leveling, and winding of stainless steel coils into coils of the required width.

Features of 304 stainless steel sheet

• Each alloy has a good combination of corrosion resistance and good processability. The good combination of properties is the reason why this alloy is widely used, accounting for almost half of the production of stainless steel in the United States. 304h stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, welding performance and good thermal strength performance. it is mainly used in large boiler superheaters, reheaters, steam pipes and heat exchangers in petrochemical industry.

• Argon oxygen decarburization technology (AOD technology) has achieved a low carbon level at low cost, and 304has become a standard alloy. The "H" in 304h stainless steel refers to "high temperature", and high carbon content is the guarantee of high temperature strength. When austenitic steel is used above 525 degrees Celsius, the carbon content is not less than 0.04%, and the carbide is the strengthening phase, especially the high temperature strength is better than that of pure austenite.  304h stainless steel belongs to American standard austenitic heat-resistant steel, implementation standard: ASTM A959-2011.

• 04H is 304 heat resistant steel, which is mainly divided into two kinds: oxidation resistant steel and hot strength steel, in which hot strength steel refers to the steel with good oxidation resistance and high high temperature strength at high temperature. 304h stainless steel alloy is an improvement of 304 stainless steel sheet, its carbon content is between 0.04 and 0.10. For parts to be exposed to temperature above 800 °F, the use of 304h stainless steel is helpful to improve the strength at high temperature.
